The River Cottage is for 2 people , extra guests by arrangement only. ($30 per night extra)
The River Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed. 
There is a sofa bed available if extra guests are booked.

Deposit Conditions - ​

Deposit: Approx 50% deposit with the booking, balance no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Conditions: For cancellations in non-holiday season more than 7 days prior to arrival, an administration fee of 10% of the deposit paid will be charged, or $50 min. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for notifications of less than 1 week, as this cottage is very heavily booked..
  • Holiday and long-weekend refunds depend on our re-booking the vacancy.

(We Try To Arrange Early Arrival And Late Departure Whenever Possible)
