Cancellation Conditions: For cancellations in non-holiday season more than 7 days prior to arrival, an administration fee of 10% of the deposit paid will be charged, or $50 min. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for notifications of less than 1 week, as this cottage is very heavily booked.. Holiday and long-weekend refunds depend on our re-booking the vacancy.
